We have a reliable, trustworthy 24/7 After Hours Emergency response service.

We provide urgent help with:

Leaking or burst pipes
Lack of Hot Water
Blocked toilets or drains
Roof leaks

Charge Out Rates, including After Hours and Emergencies

Normal Hours of Business
7:30AM to 5:00PM (Mondays to Thursdays)
7:30AM to 4:00PM (Fridays)

Alternative rates apply outside of these hours.

$175.00+GST for the first hour on site Including travel.

$50.00+GST per half hour after the first hour on site

This minimum charge does not include; material, equipment hire, disposal fees, sundries or GST.

Outside of Normal Business Hours Rates
We provide a 24/7 callout service for urgent plumbing and roofing requirements. We operate on the basis of isolating the concern as rapidly as possible and then returning to site on the next working day, in order to reduce overall client cost.

First hour of labour
$300.00 + GST

After first hour
$65.00+GST/half hour

This minimum charge does not include; material, equipment hire, disposal fees, sundries or GST.

Public Holiday Rates

First hour of labour

$530.00 + GST

After first hour
$150.00 + GST

This minimum charge does not include; material, equipment hire, disposal fees, sundries or GST.

The time calculated includes time to fill out job notes and generate an invoice as part of the job while onsite.

Standard Drain unblock with Hydrojet (up to 150mm diameter pipes)
$250.00 + GST (Minimum Charge)
Excludes any dig up or repairs of drains if unable to clear with hydro blast unit.

CCTV (up to 150mm diameter pipes)
$250.00 + GST
Excludes video recording or USB stick, this will incur an extra cost if required.

Leak Detection
$250 + GST (Minimum Charge)
